The property dates from the 17th/18th century and is situated 2 km from the small market-town of Excideuil, 35 mn from Périgueux and Lascaux, 50mn from Sarlat and an hour from the Dordogne Valley.

The area is peaceful with a nice view on the countryside. The house of 200sq/m is fully equipped and has been completely renovated in 2007, with a big shared heated swimming pool. The pool house contains a 5 -seat Jacuzzi. The house has central heating and air conditioning (provided by a geothermic system).
